This is the most popular finish. The tile's surface is full of tiny air pockets; these are filled during production with a rock hard resin and then honed to give a smooth hardwearing solid surface.

The face of the stone is honed until smooth but the surface is left un-filled, producing a natural and rustic feel.
SAWN EDGE
Travertine has sharp precise clean cut edges for a modern look.
CHIPPED, CUSHIONED EDGE
